420 Trainers

Welcome to the 420 Trainers course on Diversity and Implicit Bias.  This course is designed to help you understand and identify implicit or unconscious bias; how it influences prejudice, creates stereotypes and results in discrimination by individuals, groups and as a part of our culture at a structural level. 

The Cannabis Control Commission and 420 Trainers believe diversity, understanding implicit bias, and social equity are necessary for the legal cannabis industry to succeed, as cannabis prohibition has disproportionately harmed specific groups of people. This training is one of many things you can do to help you become aware of your own bias and to help in creating a safe positive place for employees and customers alike.
